iPhone 4 Antenna Issue: The Class Action Lawsuits Begin
Two Maryland residents have filed a class action lawsuit against Apple and AT&T over the iPhone 4 antenna design issue that has caused dropped calls and signal loss for some users. The plaintiffs are seeking financial compensation for their troubles, and the case also asks the court to prevent Apple from selling the iPhone 4 until the antenna issue is solved. The laundry list of allegations against the two companies includes negligence, breach of implied warranty, deceptive trade practices and fraud. The suit also holds Apple accountable for knowingly selling a defective product, according to Computerworld.

New Droid Phone Coming on June 23
Verizon, Motorola, and Adobe have announced they will be introducing the next generation of Droid mobile devices on Wednesday, June 23. The Droid launch comes just one day before Apple officially launches iPhone 4 , the next-generation of Cupertino’s super-popular smartphone. Adobe will be on hand at the Droid launch on June 23 presumably to tout the virtues of the much ballyhooed Flash Player 10.1 for mobile devices that is compatible with Android 2.2, Palm WebOS, and Symbian S60 systems.
Twitter Warns Even More Downtime To Come
Following two rough weeks of buggy service, Twitter warned its users that more downtime should be expected over the next two weeks. The outages affecting Twitter have been the worst since last October, said Sean Garett, the company’s head of communications.
